We offer free delivery on UK orders over £85.

 

DELIVERY

All our products are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. 

We always aim to dispatch as quickly possible, usually the next business day. But overall we aim to dispatch no later than 3 business days from your order with available stock.

Standard Domestic Shipping: UK Mainland delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class aim to deliver by the next working day (following dispatch). Royal Mail 2nd Class aim to deliver within 2-3 business days (following dispatch). Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland areas can take longer.

Damage or loss in transit to you is not a usual thing, but our post is 'Signed for ' and therefore tracked so we will take responsibility for any unlikely losses.

 

LOST IN TRANSIT 

For return of damaged goods please email us first on hello@theboxof.co.uk to report this and arrange return or to also report any extended delay in arrival. (Please see the return and exchanges guide).
