RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable.


We do our best to provide boxes that will give you moments of relaxation, simple pleasure and space to think. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please email us at hello@theboxof.co.uk putting your order number in the subject and state why you want to return the item, we accept returns for unopened items in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase (7 days for sale items). For advice or help in choosing something else don't hesitate to email us.

 

Return postage is not covered and we are unable to refund postage for UK, Europe and international returns.  Faulty items may be returned at any time with proof of purchase, as this does not affect your statutory rights.

To return the item simply repackage the item(s) securely, together with the original packaging, and return to the address below:

We recommend that you return items using recorded post ensuring that items are insured along with proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss during transit.

If items are returned having been damaged whilst in your care or damaged having not been repackaged with due care and are not in a saleable condition, you will be breaching your statutory duty and we may make a claim.

Items returned will be refunded as soon as items arrive back at the The Box Of. HQ (guaranteed within 30 days) on to the original credit or debit card. The amount refunded will be for the item amount indicated on your delivery documentation and will not include shipping and postage.

 

Subscription Cancellations

 

Opened self care boxes cannot be refunded due to food items.  However, this does not affect your statutory rights and you can cancel faulty items.

Boxes should be returned to us no later than 7 days of your notice of cancellation. Please cancel future subscription at least three days before the 15th of the month for a part refund.

Please send an email (within 7 days of receipt of goods) to  hello@theboxof.co.uk  stating your order number in the subject and why you would like to return your item.

Simply repackage the item(s) securely, together with the original packaging, and return to the address below:

CHRISTMAS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All cancellable (meaning returns or exchanges) goods purchased between 1 November and 21 December 2017 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 16 January 2018. For all items purchased on 22 December 2017 or after, our 14-day returns policy applies (7 days for sale items).
